Proposals are hereby invited from suitably qualified service providers with a proven track record for the provision of Debt Collection and Legal Services to Nkangala TVET College for a period of five (5) years. Scope: • Legal Services: Labour law, contracting, litigation, commercial law, conveyance and any other legal related services; • Debt Collection: Collect outstanding college students’ debts amounting to R48 000 000.00.
