Tender documents and specifications are available and can be obtained from Department of the Director Legal & Administration Department, Room B207, Municipal Building, Wanderers Avenue, P.O. Box 14, Middelburg, Mpumalanga 1050.

Tender documents will be obtainable against payment of a non-refundable tender amount of R 700,00. Only payments made in cash or debit/credit card will be accepted.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is at 12H00 on 25/08/2021. Duly completed tender enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “TENDER NO. BS13/06/2021: “Bid Description” with the name of the Tenderer, shall be deposited in the tender box provided at the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality on the 1st floor, Room B 207, Civic Centre, Corner Walter Sisulu and Wanderers Avenue, Middelburg, before 12.00 on 25/08/2021. The tenders will be opened in public. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late tenders will not be accepted..
