Debt Collection Services – Tswelopele Local Municipality

Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a panel of attorneys to provide legal services for Tswelopele Local Municipality “as when and required basis” for period ending 30 June 2027. Scope of work: 1. Conveyance – transfer of property; 2. Represent Council on Civil Claims; 3. Labour dispute matters at Labour Court, arbitration when required as per agreement with labour unions etc; 4. Lease Agreement and contract disputes; 5. Drafting of SLA and Contracts; 6. Assist in policy and by-Laws formulation; 7. Debt collection and issuing of summons to defaulters; 8. Advise Council when required to do so; 9. Deal with any other legal matters whatsoever to attorneys/lawyers by Council; 10. Such matter will be dealt on case by case whereby an invoice or claim will be submitted for service rendered.

Tender documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name and number. Fully completed and signed tender documents must be deposited into the tender box located at: 01 Bosman Street, Civic Centre, Bultfontein, 9670. The sealed envelope must specify the following: – Bid number; – Closing date and time; – The name and address of the tenderer. Complete tender documents, fully priced and signed with all the necessary documents attached, must be sealed in an envelope marked “Tender Description of Project/Project Number’’ as mentioned.
