Re-Advertisement: The Ingonyama Trust Board hereby requests tenders for the following: Appointment of a panel of attorneys for Ingonyama Trust Board for a period of thirty-six (36) months. Scope: – Ingonyama Trust requires experienced and reputable legal firms capable of providing professional, multi-functional legal services to the Trust. The scope of work will include, but is not limited to the following: – Debt Collection; – Criminal and Civil litigation (High Court and Magistrates Court); – Drafting of Court Documents; – Conveyancing; – Provide legal opinions and advice; – Provide advice and support on labour related matters and disputes; – Land Claims, Land Claims Commission and Court; – Mediation, Adjudication and Arbitrations; – Drafting, negotiating and interpretation of commercial agreements.
