Document availability: 26 April 2023. Bid documents will be available on weekdays from 07h30 until 15h30 at Merafong City Local Municipality from the Reception Desk at the Municipal Rates and Taxes offices, situated on the corner of Halite and Gold Street, Carletonville, 2500. Application forms are obtainable from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 3 Halite Street, Carletonville or from our official website https://merafong.gauteng.gov.za/

A non-refundable document fee of R1 177.60. Payments must be made by cash of EFT payable to the Merafong City Local Municipality.

Bids are to be completed in accordance with the conditions and bid ruins contained in the bid documents and must be placed in a sealed envelope and externally endorsed WITH THE BID NUMBER, DESCRIPTION AND CLOSING DATE OF THE BID, and must be deposited in Bid Box 1, situated at the Revenue Section, Cnr Halite and Gold Street, Carletonville and is open between 07h30 and 16h00. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter, in public. Please confirm the closing time as it was not published.
