The completed original quotation documents must be placed in a sealed envelope – clearly stating the Quotation number and the name of service provider. The sealed quotation must be deposited into the Tender Box situated at the reception area on the ground floor of the South African Heritage Resources Agency, 111 Harrington Street, Cape Town 8001. Quotations can also be emailed to [email protected]. It remains the onus of the service provider to ensure that their Tender Offer reaches the SAHRA office no later than the closing date and time.

SAHRA reserves the right to withdraw any proposal, invitation and/or to re-advertise or to reject any proposals. SAHRA reserves the right to accept any quotation in full or a part.
