Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a panel of attorneys’ firms to render debt collection services as and when required for a period of 36 months.

Tender documents will be obtainable from the 17/01/2023, from Legal & Administration Department, Room B 207, Municipal Building, Wanderers Avenue, P.O. Box 14, Middelburg, Mpumalanga 1050, tel. 013 249 7365 & fax: 013 243 2550.

Tender documents will be obtainable against payment of a non-refundable tender amount of R740,00. Only payments made in cash or debit/credit card will be accepted.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, email, unmarked and late tenders will under no circumstances be considered and accepted. The tender box will be emptied just after closing time on the closing date. Hereafter all bids will be public. Fully completed tender documents, clearly marked: “Tender No. BS09/12/2022: APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF ATTORNEYS FIRMS TO RENDER DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES AS AND WHEN REQUIRED FORA PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS” with “NAME of TENDERER” must be placed in a sealed envelope and placed in the tender box provided by Steve Tshwete Municipality on the 1st floor, Room B 207, Civic Centre, Corner Walter Sisulu and Wanderers Avenue, Middelburg, by no later than 12h00 on 14/02/2023. The envelope must be endorsed with number, title and closing date as indicated.
