Bid documents containing the Conditions of Bid and other requirements in terms of the Supply Chain Management Policy will be downloaded from e-tender Publication Portal at www.etenders.gov.za and can also be downloaded from the municipal website at www.thabazimbi.gov.za

Sealed Bid Documents must be submitted in an envelope clearly indicating, “BID NUMBER AND DESCRIPTION” on the outside and must reach the undersigned by depositing it into the Municipal Tender Box, by no later than the date and time stipulated on the above. All bids will be opened in public at the Municipal Chamber. Bids which are late, incomplete, unsigned, completed by pencil, sent by telegraph, facsimile, electronically or E-mail and without compulsory required documents will be disqualified.
